Not a bug nor a feature, but since there were no recent commits, I was wondering if people were actively working on this project or if it has stopped for some reasons?

Thanks for the feedbacks

Also wondering this and wondering if the v1.0.0 is still coming?

Doesn't look like it. Btw, Astro is currently work on a first-class i18n module withastro/roadmap#701

Astro's i18n module is (for the moment) poorly documented and I couldn't find any useful example. This astro-i18next project has everything I need and is working very well, great DX. I hope it'll be maintained.

astro:i18n is still in its early stages and lacks quite some features, I agree. The astro team is planning the work for Q1 2024, partly from the roadmap. Please upvote / get involved in the roadmap discussions related to i18n so that it's prioritized!
