Should ox-reveal pass through #+HTML: directives #164

Although ox-reveal is a derived backend, derived from the html exporter, it does not appear to pass through #+HTML: directives. I note that there is a #+REVEAL_HTML: directive that does something similar but I would suggest that this is not necessary for raw HTML.
