Getting proxy ip instead of client's on heroku #18

Hi,

I'm on heroku and have issue with getting client's IP value. I fixed this here #17. Now it works fine on heroku. Please, merge this or let me know in case of questions,

#17 was merged, so this should be fixed, right?
