Describe the Bug

When the user is on the Self Hosted - Authentication:None field, it may happen that the Zeebe engine pointed has an OAuth configured. In this case we should properly handle the UNAUTHORIZED error and render an error message. At this point we render nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure OAuth on an endpoint
  2. Try to deploy using Self Hosted, Authentication:None settings to given endpoint
  3. 👀 Nothing happens, no error, no deployment.

Expected Behavior

I see why I cannot deploy.

Environment

  • OS: N/A
  • Zeebe Modeler Version: 0.9.0
