Client

Add deploy to the client UI
Deploys current pipeline, provides feedback about the deployed address and the input needed for execution

Execution

Take an input in executor that is an arbitrary JSON object
Map JSON object to pipeline input params based on name / value pair
Create job with input values

Inputs are:

Action -> Parameters -> Parameter
No inputs
