Pipeline spec file should be pipeline.json

Description of the requested feature:

Pipelines specs are currently saved using the pipeline's name, for example: "story-book.json". We now want the specs to be saved to pipeline.json

Brief explanation on why you want/need said feature:

Using the file name causes unnecessary bugs when the file name doesn't match the folder name. It also doesn't add any value to use the pipeline name as the file name anymore.
