Rubinius 5.0 fails to compile with clang 9.0.1 on Fedora #3832

What command did you run?

I ran ruby-build rbx-5.0 ~/.rubies/rubinius-5.0

What behavior did you expect?

I expected it installs Rubinius sucessfully.

What behavior did you get instead?

Errors start at line 1854.

What version of Rubinius?

5.0

What version of operating system?

Output of uname -a: Linux hostname 5.6.11-200.fc31.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed May 6 19:10:55 UTC 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

What is your operating system distribution, if your operating system has more than one?

Fedora 31

How did you build your version of Rubinius?

I used ruby-build.
