Describe the bug. What is going wrong?

So when i view a class Scratch Tools has some bugs:

Before (ScratchTools Disabled):

After (ScratchTools Enabled):

What is causing the bug?

You could reproduce this bug by going to a class. A class for you to test: https://scratch.mit.edu/classes/749401/

A class? I've never heard of that, well I know why it's happening so I might fix it

A simple update of the feature to v2 should work.
