What problem does this feature solve?

解决了父节点上滑时不可见的问题。现在很多主流编辑器(比如VS Code)的树形目录已经支持该功能。

What does the proposed API look like?

比如支持属性sticky=true。具体效果见react-virtualized-sticky-tree的在线示例
