cytoscape add inputs and outputs UI

Allow user to 'add inputs' or 'add outputs' for a selected neuron in the cell connectivity cytoscape viewer. When 'adding' inputs or outputs, there should be an option to select at what connection threshold. If we support this, it probably makes sense to have the ability to simplify the view by collapsing cell types as done in the simple connections plugin.
