[FEATURE REQUEST] Mute notifications but not ++ ones

Description of feature: Currently there is a "Mute Notification" Feature in DevRant mobile app. This option mutes all notifications except mentions. This is good but it would be better if I could also get notified when someone ++s my comment. On muting, neither do I get the notification, nor there is any way to know who ++ed my comment.

Not a Priority now but please consider adding this feature whenever possible.
