User cannot - - their own question/rant/post

Steps to reproduce:

1. Post a post.
2. Get first two answers
3. Realize your ignorance deserves a downvote.

Expected behaviour:
user should be able to - - their own posts.

Actual behaviour:
they are not.

Platform:
tested on android app but i suspect this issue is at the very philosophical backend of devrant and will therefore occur on all platforms and in all versions because the server itself simply refuses to let youser self-flagellate.
