On iPhone models with "Dynamic Island" feature, some modals cannot be closed

Model: iPhone 14 Pro Max
iOS Version: 17.1.1

When using the app today, I was presented with a modal window for a promotion that was running. It covers the entirety of the home page tab and features an 'X' icon on the top left to exit.

Problem
The close icon extends beyond the Dynamic Island and lays below the clock. I cannot exit the modal because the 'X' is not clickable underneath it.

I am not sure if this occurs on all models with Dynamic Islands, or if this is specifically due to the size of the iPhone 14 Pro Max model.

Solution

1. Adding padding to modals so they are more flexible for all devices

2. Adding media queries (sorry)
