settings/artix7.sh has too many sites in XRAY_ROI_TILEGRID

I've noticed that the XRAY_ROI_TILEGRID for the main Artix7-100T device has too many sites. Sites such as SLICE X89Y199 and X89Y0 are out of bounds of the board mentioned in the file that is xc7a100tfgg676-1. I've noticed this while checking the device in Vivado. Is there a reason why the values are not more segmented? Such as
