Hey @nguyenalex836,
I didn't find any info on the guidelines on how to claim an issue.

Looking at previous PRs, I saw that anyone can just work on one as long as not on triage and create PR.
Just for assurance and for my future reference, I'd like to ask permission to work on this. Thank you! 🙂
