Release of v1.0.0 in light-weight mode

Update Readme to add the light-weight version

Pack the light-weight library into a release. It excludes:

• Julia packages for the generation of synthetic data
• Groupyr package which issued error because of numpy contraints
• No synthetic benchmark can be run
