Как воспроизвести

Один пользователь выбирает другого старшиной
Старшина подаёт заявку подчинённого своим старшиной.

Что должно произойти
Ошибка "Нельзя выбрать подчинённого своим старшиной" (уточнить код)

Что происходит
Подаётся заявка
