Get-PnPSiteTemplate: The type initializer for 'PnP.Framework.Enums.BuiltInFieldId' threw an exception.

I know there is one respond about this issue but I have the latest PNP Powershell installed on my laptop. I wanted to know if there is anything else other than pnp powershell that needs to be install, like PNP Framework (which I supposed to get that when I install pnp.powershell)
