[FEATURE REQ] Get addtional details about TorrentLeech announces (eg tags) from their API

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
TorrentLeech do not include tags in their IRC announces or RSS, meaning things like rar'd releases can't be easily excluded without blacklisting a bunch of release groups manually.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similarly to some other indexers, query the announced release from their site directly and parse tags (and potentially other info) from that.

One option would be to query the search list (https://www.torrentleech.org/torrents/browse/list/query/<Release Name> with the release name, and match the result with the ID from the URL to the fid in the returned results (in case many results are returned for a given release name).

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have bumped a feature request on the TL forums to start including tags in the IRC and RSS announces, but there's no guarantee they implement that in a timely manner, if at all.
