Settings page for "Extension Scripts" includes dead link to script catalog

The settings page for Extension Scripts includes a dead link to a "list of interesting extension scripts", that appears to be defunct and/or no longer updated. If the catalog of scripts is no longer offered, then suggest link be removed from the project settings.
