log files:
nzbhydra-debuginfos-2023-09-22-11-24.zip

  • nzbhydra service has terminated twice in the last 2 days
  • reproduction: unknown at this point - happened twice without user interaction
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2
  • version: 5.1.11

Please let me know if you need additional info.

I don't see anything in the log. Please check for errors in the event viewer:

But it seems there's an error in the logging which will prevent some crashes from properly being logged. I'll look into it.

Please replace the exe in your install folder with the one in this zip:
NZBHydra2 Console.zip
You need to shut down the service to replace it.

That way crashes should be properly logged. Also the process should automatically restart. Wait a day or so and then post new debug infos.

Hi @theotherp,

thanks for responding.
I don't have any entries in the event viewer - except for an error from almost 3 weeks ago.
I'll replace the exe as you've suggested and will report back if it happens again.

I've release the changes as an official update. It probably won't fix the crash but at least we should be able to see something in the log file.
