Describe the bug

after uninstalling I was left with a white bar in the win 11 file explorer (win + e ). So I reinstalled to restore all settings to factory defaults only I can't find the right settings for it all you can see in the picture

After having tried reinstalling and then deselecting Classic Explorer to get rid of the toolbar at the top which now reappear no matter how many times I close it, then close all open Explorer windows (regardless of "Start in separate process" being enabled or disabled), it finally went away but left me with this very same white line.

This registry change got rid of it:[
