Webserver for examples broken

Issue Description

The webserver for the examples is broken. Tested with example MultiDigitNumberRecognition.

A browser can establish a connection to the webserver, but the server doesn't answer the client. The website content cannot be loaded.
The website should be available at localhost:9000 or /train. The project loads fine and the example starts without any error or warning.

Version Information

It’s the DL4J-Version Beta 7. I were running on OS Ubunto and Windows 10 with Java 11.0.8. Both failed.

Contributing

I'm not familiar with the code, so I cannot contribute a fix.
