[Problem/Bug]: Devtool console autocomplete text color incorrect in dark mode

What happened?

This is kind of epic.

It seemed like webview2's devtool window is unable to adapt to windows light/dark mode. And I remembered it must have worked before.

Edge does not have such issue.

Importance

Important. My app's user experience is significantly compromised.

Repro steps

Switch to dark mode in windows personalization settings.
Open devtool -> console, type some code to get the auto complete menu show up.

Can be repro'd. Need to determine if it's a regression. Meanwhile you can use this option to mitigate this -

1. Go to devtools settings
2. Uncheck match colorscheme with edge
