This d be cool so devs could override this function and decide whether a portal should be rendering or not, for example
only render when doors are open on my TARDIS.

Portals don t need to render when they re completely obstructed by geometry or outside the player s view.

Tried several different fixes for this, but none of them worked out. Trying to render multiple views to the same pixel
will cause issues, even if one of them is clipped with stencils. Maybe there s an ...
