Include Mend.io database

It would be great if github would include the https://www.mend.io/vulnerability-database/ database for vulnerabilities.

hi @SveLil 👋 I don't believe that the Mend Advisory Database can be accessed as a data source through their API without requiring us to become a Mend customer. I was unable to find any information about how the database specifically is licensed. If you have any of this information, please let us know!
