Description of the issue

Hello,

I've always been using this url https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/Microsoft365DSC/Dev/Modules/Microsoft365DSC/DSCResources/MSFT_/settings.json to retrieve the necessary permissions to export / import every component, but it's lacking permissions for Security & Compliance.
No API permission, no admin role, no role group.
