The current positioning of Label and Description is different with PowerToys, and layout in PowerToys feels more natural to me.

Oh we can so totally adjust the card template for this:

That uses an Input.Toggle that's not actually labelled, and then sticks the title & description into a second column

The layout of all settings types is bad. And some of them don't support descriptions.

For TextBox I worked around using a line break in the title like Title\nDescription. (See new CustomFormats setting in the Time&Date ext.)
