1. Disable the "Installed Apps" extension
2. Close and reopen Powertoys/Command Palette
3. Try to search for an app.

✔️ Expected Behavior

There should be 0 app results.

❌ Actual Behavior

You will still get app results.

You know, that makes perfect sense. I'd reckon that if all apps is disabled, we'll prevent actually loading the top-level command for All Apps. However, MainListPage won't ever check if the apps extension is enabled - it'll always use the apps cache.

Should be easy enough to add a check in MainListPage to not also use that if the apps "extension" is disabled.

Currently this design is not pretty good. Plugins should be able to display results in global search result without entering their pages. The missing of this feature cause Installed App plugin need to be coupled with the MainListPage.

I'm glad that the Issue wasn't just me. Sometimes it's hard to search for something similar in a massive list.
