Im not sure how to replicate it but I think Powertoys is the app causing the system freeze?

❌ Actual Behavior
Random frozen/unresponsive system. Got a Powertoys error upon putting to sleep and reboot.

Was using Steam at the time, but it has happened for other apps as well.
