.. item in directory browser is a bit awkward to use with keyboard #347

Say I want to go two directories up, I can't just choose '..' and hit enter twice. The second enter would be eaten.

I have to select '..' once, move up or down with cursor key, and go back to '..' and press enter again.

The Backspace key does the same as what selecting .. does.

This problem was introduced in e5fcb0b
It also happens with other items.

P-mediumImportant issues, but not urgent. Example: UI doesn't work, but it's not crashing.

Would it be possible to add alt-up to go up a directory as well as backspace?

This is used in Windows Explorer, Gnome files (Nautilus) as well as the K Desktop Environment.
