Cannot install pac CLI: Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, open 'c:\Users\daniel\AppData\Roaming\Code\User\globalStorage\microsoft-isvexptools.powerplatform-vscode\pac\tools\lib\win32\x64\git2-e632535.dll'

When my many instances of VSCode opens , I get the above error

As can be seen in the screen dump lib\win32\x64\git2-e632535.dll' doesn't exist in the tools path.
