Description
Once the chat thread becomes lengthy I often run into the error 'An error occurred. Answers can't be saved at this time. If the problem persists, please contact the site administrator.' or 'An error occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact the site administrator.'. Refreshing the page and starting a new chat resolves the issue until the conversation length grows. If you return to this historic chat the error returns straight away.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Start a new chat
- Have a lengthy conversation (10-20 prompts on average)
- Error occurs
- Azure OpenAI model name and version (e.g. 'gpt-35-turbo-16k, version 0613'): GPT-4-Turbo 0125-Preview (I have also tested Global Standard gpt-4-turbo-2024-04-09 which experiences the same issue)
- Is chat history enabled: Yes
- Are you using data? If so, what data source: M365 SharePoint online
