Repro Steps:
- Create an API center in azure portal.
- Open Visual studio Code.
- Download API extension.
- Tab till API center extension in the left side panel and press enter.
- Tab till definition under the Api name which you have created, and press enter.
- Tab till tre view and press enter.
- Verify that the narrator is announcing an unnecessary heading level for the tree view items.
User Impact:
Screen reader users may become confused if the narrator announces an unnecessary heading level for the tree view items.
