Invalid authority after open a folder during remote connection in vscode.dev

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a url like https://vscode.dev/+ms-toolsai.vscode-ai-remote/+subscriptions+<SUBSCRIPTION_ID>+resourceGroups+<RESOURCE_GROUP_NAME>-8278_ai+providers+Microsoft.MachineLearningServices+workspaces+<WORKSPACE_NAME>+computes+<COMPUTER_NAME>:public:<PATH_TO_THE_WORK_FOLDER>?&useMsal=true or click link on the ml.azure.com
2. Connection will established successful.
3. Pres Ctrl + Shift + P and choose File: open folder
4. Select any folder and click OK
5. The error will throw and the URL has been changed.

The URL will become https://vscode.dev/+ms-toolsai.vscode-ai-remote/2b737562736372697074696f6e732b34383539656334392d656635322d343438362d616665612d3236656239316336636438612b7265736f7572636547726f7570732b72672d66616e68752d383237385f61692b70726f7669646572732b4d6963726f736f66742e4d616368696e654c6561726e696e6753657276696365732b776f726b7370616365732b66616e2d61692d70726f6a2b636f6d70757465732b66616e6875313a7075626c69633a38383864373666612d353462322d346365642d386565352d616163313538356164656537<FOLDER_NAME> after choose another folder.

This issue is very easy to reproduce—it occurs simply by opening a folder in the VSCode web version. The desktop version works fine.
Attach my reproduce steps:
Step1: open vscode web version

step2: connected to our compute instance

Step3: ctrl+ shift+p to open a folder
