Open Chat window at the bottom of the VS Code window

It would be valuable if I could dock the Github Copilot window chat in a different position of the VS Code window. Depending of the monitor configuration, like in vertical mode, it would be interesting to have an option to dock the chat window in the bottom, for example.

You can drag and drop the chat view to the panel just like other views:

Just drag and drop the chat icon at the top of the chat view. One moved it should stay there
