Disable the three dots menu in Commit

Before the last update, I could write the commit message in the box, hit TAB, and then ENTER to sync the changes to repository. I use keyboard a lot at this was convenient. Now the TAB goes to this menu:

Which I totally don't need as I'm not going to use a Copilot for my commit messages.
