Add File folder icons by default

Vs code doesn't show file folder icons by default, which makes it hard to recognise. To fix this we have to install extra extension.

It would be better if vs code supports icons by default so we don't need to install any extra extension.

I believe this issue is out of scope considering that extensions cover exactly this use case.
There is also the vs-minimal file icon theme with a folder icon, but it only has one file icon, too.
