remove split option from dedicated tab

There was issue to bring it back, and it was implemented, #128142

Can it be optional ? I often missclick especially to useless split button.

In options there is only place them on top of list (which is acceptable) but after this those buttons still here.

So can you hide if terminal.integrated.tabs.showActions === 'always' hide dedicated buttons or add an option to hide them like
terminal.integrated.tabs.hideTabsActions: boolean (or how you call them)

Thanks for the issue. What are you trying to click when you accidentally click the split button? If it's the terminal tab, could you make it wider? If it's the trash can, is there a reason you don't use the assigned keybinding to kill it?

Closing this as we're trying to keep the number of settings manageable and i've had no other reports of this. @Tyriar pls chime in if you disagree.
