terminal pty host unresponsive

  Steps to Reproduce:

1. everytime when i select entire script and shift+enter or. right click > Run Python > Run Selection in Python Terminal
2. i ran into this Pty Host issue.

I upgraded to below but the problem still persists. Shift+Enter only works perfectly, once i have a one liner or a code block that is not the entire script.
