Screaming Frog SEO Spider install via winget fails

Steps to reproduce

winget install screamingfrog.seospider

Actual behavior

Attempts to download and then fails with the error :

An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:
InternetOpenUrl() failed.
0x80072f76 : unknown error

A manual download from the URL specified in the manifest file (https://download.screamingfrog.co.uk/products/seo-spider/ScreamingFrogSEOSpider-22.1.exe) succeeds.

Expected behavior

Should successfully download and install SEO Spider

Interesting. I'm seeing the download timeout around 170-180 mb on multiple computers. I suppose this could be ISP related, will try from another location.

✅ Successfully reproduced by disabled my proxy (I'm located in Mainland China). Mostly like an ISP-related issue.

💡 Can you try configure winget.exe to use a proxy for package downloading?

✅ With proxy re-enabled (in Hong Kong SAR.), everything works as expected with only 8.854 seconds for downloading (~1200Mbps download bandwidth).
