[Bug] :Missing Redirect Links for Social Icons

Issue Description:
The some social icons on the website Team page are currently not linked to any corresponding Social profiles . This lack of redirection undermines user experience and prevents visitors from easily accessing and connecting with the social profiles associated with the Team .

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit the website's Team page .
2. Locate the social icons, usually found in the profile card .
3. Attempt to click on the social icons.

Expected Behavior:
Upon clicking the social icons, users should be redirected to the official profiles .

Current Behavior:
Clicking the social icons does not lead to any redirection; there is no link attached to them.

Possible Solution:

• Add the appropriate links to the social icons so that they lead to the relevant social profiles .

• Ensure that the links are correct and up-to-date to prevent any dead links or misdirection.
