QMSI v.1.1.0-beta code drop. This is a BETA quality release!!
This has improved support for:
Quark D2000
Quark SE - x86 core (Lakemont)
Quark SE - ARC core (Sensor Subsystem)
It also provides the initial version of the QMSI Bootloader.
