CG pack uses old MIDI conversions

Your patch adds various tracks from the question arcs (included in the CG pack). However, the MIDI conversions among them (msys17, msys23 and msys27) are from the question arcs' old soundtrack. As such, they are of much lower quality than their replacements that MangaGamer patched in when they updated the question arcs on April 1st.

I think I've fixed this issue now by:

• removing the BGM and SE in the git repository/Patch/Script archives and in the Graphics archives.
• adding the Question Arcs BGM used in the Answer arcs to the Answer Arcs BGM archive.
  • I've copied the BGM directly from the Question arcs to make sure they're consistent, rather than taking them from the old archives (unless they were BGM from the console game)
  • The BGM now exist in the ExtraBGM and ExtraSE folder in the Answer Arcs BGM archive: https://07th-mod.com/rikachama/audio/HigurashiKai-OG-BGM-SE.7z
