Currently there are no maintained Zero Install feeds for browsers. Technically, there is nothing preventing this. However, browsers often only provide installers rather than archives for download, which is what Zero Install needs. This means that maintaining a feed would also required creating and hosting archives.

I'd love to learn more about your use case:
On what platform(s) would you be interested in using zero Install to launch browsers? Windows, Linux, Mac?
Would you mainly like to run the latest version or also have access to historical versions, e.g. for compatibility testing?

I recently discovered 0install when trying to accomplish something similar with containers. This concept is so enthralling, I love the attention to detail that makes this system so stellar, truly perplexed why it isn't more common. It honestly makes computing feel magical for me :) (although it is FLOSS so you can learn/improve the trick!)

I do web development and I see the potential of this tool to really make a difference in my work (i.e. being able to test between different browser versions). I know Mozilla keeps older versions of its installer and I know the workflow to create an archive from an installer on Windows (with the GUI), is there a tool that can go through this process on the command line (e.g. to enable the use of scripts to help find installation directories and the like)?
