ALL MY WORK IS GONE #15
Comments
I understand. So the way the CSV feature works is it replaces the index
with the imported contents; it’s documented in the Voltaire details, but
I’ve seen this confusion happen before, and I intend to change that in
the future.
In the mean time, though, I added a backup feature for people just like
you! I can recover your index, but I’ll need to send it to you directly,
I’ll also need a couple pieces of info from you in order to find it.
Please email the following to matt@opensecurity.io
Index Title
Email address of the google account you used on Voltaire
One heads up I’m in Tokyo right now, but I’ll do my best to be as
responsive as possible.

@cgbrown are you certain about that email address? I have no record of it being used with Voltaire. |
That’s odd... I log in from google.
Can you try Christina.brown.19@us.af.mil
Or

@cgbrown Ah, I see it now. There was a typo in your email address. |
@cgbrown It took some doing, but try logging in now. I think it may all magically be back. :) |
@cgbrown when you get a chance to let me know if that worked for you or not. I'm pretty certain the data looks right now, but I can't quite log in as you to confirm! |
Thank you...my index is back.
