drawimage skew all black

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.transformed with skew
2.image pargb
3.backstair parbg

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Skewed image

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current source, previously clippath failed but it works and now images fail it 
skewed

Please provide any additional information below.

Commit #597 fixes some transform/paint issues, but I'm not closing this issue 
since I didn't test it carefully.
