401 Unauthorized
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document you requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser does not understand how to supply the credentials required.

could you please tell me how to clear this problem?

Please make sure that you read the instructions on how to get a Shodan API key and a Censys API key/ID. Make sure that they work and make sure that they are valid. Then edit your API keys into the script.
