This was the full noted list from my testing.
Alot taken care of. Checking remainder.

General

• Safari: search bar is webkit ugly
• Firefox: event trigger not registering
• iOS Chrome: Scrollers not working properly in navigation (Some no scroll some scroll body)
• iOS Chrome: Providers map has margin on bottom
• Mobile: Library items still have unwanted padding
• Mobile: Offset to section onclick from menu in wrong location
• Providers (Firefox, Safari, PC Chrome): County list is white, will be changed

IE Testing
-ie11: map not loading data
-ie11: slider not responding
-ie11: masthead to close to header
-ie11: off-canvas sidebars misaligned (right)
-ie11: Header not fixing to small version
-ie10: same as ie11
-ie10: canvas wont open for sidebars at all
-ie9: make page white and make all accessible
-ie, Firefox: detail-summary does not function

I thought I fixed the details/summary problem already. Check out issue #100 and commit f4e57a2.

@micchickenburger , very well may be fixed. Most of these are taken care of, I just need to double check.
