top bar icon error

hi there! thanks for the kext. Now I can see it on SYSTEM info also on Ventura

but there is just a "problem". there is this icon on the top bar where I can disable it.

is there a way to remove it?

ahahahah yeah, I know how to remove it xD but consider that I have to remove it at every boot. Thanks for the try btw.
I thought it was an error that might interest you, it appears only on Ventura. The kext works really good so I can live with it so it's not a problem if you don't want. Thanks for the kext ;)
